NOTICE SPECIFIC TO SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE

Any software made available for downloading from this website (hereafter "Software") is a copyrighted work of its respective owner. Use of the Software is governed by the terms and conditions of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included in the Software. PRODUCT RETURNS

Return Policy

Hardware, Software, or other products (the “Permitted Items”) purchased by you (“Customer”) from 3C Network Consultants, Inc.. (the “Company”) are eligible for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase (“Return Period”) subject to the terms and eligibility requirements set forth below unless otherwise specified by 3CNC. No returns are allowed after the Return Period. No returns are allowed without pre-authorization from 3CNC AND a Return Materials Authorization ("RMA") number provided by 3CNC displayed on the exterior of all packaging sent to 3CNC. Please follow the Return Procedure below for any Permitted Items you wish to return. All items must be in new saleable condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, unopened software and including all accessories. (Note: since 3CNC often extends payment terms to its customers on a regular basis, the purchase date is defined as the date that 3CNC shipped/delivered products to customer; not the date that Customer paid 3CNC for products). The provisions within this Return Policy apply to Customers regardless of payment status for Products provided by 3CNC to Customer.

Return Procedure

Contact our Support Center at 561.333.5334 to obtain your Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and details about the return process. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We apologize, however we are unable to accept any returns without an RMA number. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. The Company will refund shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise only. The Company must receive all returns within the Return Period. After deduction of a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, the remaining eighty five percent (85%) of the net purchase price (list price less applicable discounts) of the Permitted Items is eligible for a refund per this Policy. The Company will issue your refund within thirty (30) days following the Company’s receipt of the eligible Permitted Items.

Return Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return consideration, ALL the following conditions must be satisfied: (i) Customer must have contacted 3CNC prior to returning any Eligible products, (ii) 3CNC must authorize the return, (iii) the products must not include opened software or accompanying hardware with opened software as these products are sold as a bundle , and (v) Customer must have used the Permitted Items with the appropriate hardware per the documentation provided by the Company. Items financed by third-party leasing companies or that are subject to a lien from another institution are specifically ineligible for return. The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that it deems ineligible. Any returns received after the Return Period or that do not meet the foregoing eligibility conditions will be returned to the Customer C.O.D.
